Refunds and Returns

Due to the natural state of the sea moss gel, we cannot refund payment. Please ensure that the sea moss gel is kept refrigerated. If an issue occurs with the sea moss gel, a replacement will be given. Replacement will be the same gel as initial purchase. No refund for non-perishable items. Store credit will be given. Item that is being returned must be brought back for store credit. If order and payment was made online and one would like to cancel order, a store credit will be issued.
